You may generally think that drinking water is good for your body but you may fail to realize that a hydrated body is a hydrated mouth! If you’ve been drinking a lot of soda, it’s quite hot outside, or you just haven’t been taking in much water, increase your consumption. Drinking around 64 ounces of water a day is great for your body and your lips, too.
