When you get home, each day you will add gel to the trays and wear them for a set amount of time, usually 30 to 45 minutes. The trays ensure the results are even across your smile and prevents the gel from being diluted by saliva. For some, teeth will be up to eight shades brighter. You can keep the trays and any leftover gel for touch-ups down the road!
