This Weekend’s Grand Prairie Events

With such wonderful weather, it is ideal to take advantage of the great events Grand Prairie has to offer while you can. Fortunately, we like to dedicate a blog once a week to highlight some of the amazing events taking place in the area. March 15 Dino Fest

In last week’s community blog, we introduced Dinosaurs on the GrandLawn, an interactive educational event featuring life-sized animatronic dinosaurs. While the exhibit itself will be ongoing through March 23, 2025, this Saturday March 15 features a one-time Dino Fest! Entry is free for all ages, and sign up soon so you do not miss your chance to attend.

Music Bingo at Chicken N Pickle

Another event that will be continuing is Music Bingo. Hosted at Chicken N Pickle every Thursday of the week until May 8, Music Bingo combines some of your favorite tunes with fun title themes and of course, the game of bingo! Taking place over four rounds, there are four ways to win and plenty of opportunity for fun. Chicken N Pickle is located at 2965 S State Highway 161 in Grand Prairie, and bingo begins promptly at 7:00p. We hope to see you there!

Taylor Tomlinson

Looking to get out of the house for a night? What better way to enjoy your weekend than with a few laughs and comedy? This Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 8:00p, Taylor Tomlinson will be performing at the Texas Trust CU Theatre. Tomlinson is a comedian and creative, and is notable for currently being the only female late-night host on network television.
