Prairie Lights 2017

What’s your absolute favorite site during the winter holidays? If you immediately answered, “The lights!” then you are truly in for a spectacular treat. The Prairie Lights are opening on Thanksgiving night, which means you’ll have plenty of time to take in the the glittering, glowing majesty of this exceptional display!

About the Event

Prairie Lights gives you the chance to enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of millions of holiday lights, which will include a two-mile drive through displays, an animated tunnel, and even a winter wonderland stop for meeting Santa, taking pictures, purchasing gifts, and more!

Event Date and Time

The light display opens on November 23rd, 2017 and will be open during the following times:

  • Sundays through Thursdays (excluding holidays): 6:00pm to 9:00pm
  • Fridays and Saturdays (and holidays): 6:00pm to 10:00pm

Event Location

The Prairie Lights experience takes place at Lynn Creek Park on Joe Pool Lake, which you can find at:

Grand Prairie, TX 75052

Event Admission

Admission to the event is as follows:

  • On Mondays through Thursdays (excluding holidays): $35 per car
  • On Fridays through Sundays (and on holidays): $45 per car
