Music and Arts Festival
Tomorrow is the Epic Art and Music Festival on the GrandLawn! This will take place from 3pm to 9pm, at EpicCentral 2961 South State Highway 161. This is this second annual event, and there will be live music, arts and crafts, food trucks, and more! A great way to spend a day with your family.
Main Street Fest
Main Street Fest takes place from October 24th through the 26th, starting at 5pm on Friday and ending on 9pm on Sunday. The festival will happen in downtown Grand Prairie on 120 West Main Street. This is three days of fun with free admission and parking, with a Kids Zone for your little ones, live music, carnival rides, fun games, arts and crafts, and a beer garden. You can also pick up incredible food from food trucks and vendors. The whole family can find something amazing to do!
Trunk or Treat
The Andretti Indoor Karting and Games at 3750 State Highway 161 will be hosting a Trunk or Treat event on Tuesday, October 28th from 6pm until 8pm. Kids can trick or treat in costume, and there will be fun rides, games, and tons of vendors too.
Street N Treat
Street N Treat will take place on Friday, October 31st from 5pm until 9pm. Hosted by the Grand Prairie Parks, Arts, and Recreation department, this will take place on 120 West Main Street. This free event features truck or treating at city hall, fun kids crafts, and a petting zoo, all free! Kids can jump inside fun inflammables, and take part in a costume contest. You can also purchase amazing food from food trucks. Your entire family can enjoy an evening of spooky fun!
Dia de Los Muertos
Celebrations don’t end on Halloween night! You can take part in Dia de Los Muertos on Saturday, November 1st at 6pm in downtown Grand Prairie, on 120 West Main Street. This family-friendly event is open to the whole community, and you can learn about traditions and more with dances, a parade, and tons of family-friendly activities. There will be a community Ofrenda, and the event is also free!
