Main Street Fest is around the corner, so be sure to keep your calendar open the weekend of October 24th through the 26th. Taking place in downtown Grand Prairie, this will feature live music, carnival rides, games, arts and crafts, and tons of vendors!
Pickle Fest
This Saturday is Pickle Fest 2025, so don’t miss out! The festival takes place from 10am until 2pm in downtown Grand Prairie on 120 West Main Street. Hosted by the Grand Prairie Parks, Arts, and Recreation Department, this is a free event for the whole family to enjoy. Parking is free and there will be over 80 vendors selling all kinds of pickle-related foods and snacks, as well as pickling kits and pickleball gear. Speaking of pickleball, there will be a pop-up tournament. Kids can enjoy activities in the Kids Zone, including petting zoos and a bounce house. There will also be live music and performances from local community members.
18th Annual Mid-Autumn Festival
Be sure to mark your calendars so you don’t miss the 18th Annual Mid-Autumn Festival from October 3rd through the 5th on Asia Times Square at 2625 West Pioneer Parkway. This is a family-friendly event that is open to everyone, and a chance to enjoy authentic Asian Street food, hands-on activities for kids, cultural performances, and even a lantern parade. Enjoy a whole weekend of fun for the whole family!
Texas Monthly BBQ Family Reunion
If you love BBQ, then you definitely don’t want to miss the Texas Monthly BBQ Family Reunion on Saturday, September 27th from 6:30pm until 10pm. The event takes place at Epic Central on 2961 State Highway 161. Enjoy a homecoming celebrating of all things Texas barbecue, and sample some incredible foods!
